Refund policy

 

Returns can be made of online purchases within 14 days of receipt of the goods provided it is in the original undamaged packaging and it is in fully resalable condition.

We would advise that all footwear is entirely suitable before use.  Enclosed with your online order will be a returns form explaining this procedure.

Food hampers and other perishable goods cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that goods will be returned at your own cost.

For your security and peace of mind we suggest that you use a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service to enable you to track your parcel in transit to delivery. 

Brodie Countryfare cannot accept responsibility for any returned items lost or damaged in the post. 

If the goods are being returned due to an error on Brodie Countryfare's part your postal costs (Up to Tracked 48) will be refunded. Please also provide image of postage receipt.
