Royal Mail Tracked 48
Royal Mail UK Standard Delivery (Tracked 48) is charged at a flat rate of £4.95
Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2 to 3 working days but is not guaranteed so please allow up to 7 working days (excluding weekends) for items to arrive

For large items, we do reserve the right to alter these charges. However, we will confirm charges prior to dispatch should they be different from the above.

Royal Mail Special Guaranteed Delivery - Next Day
Royal Mail UK Priority Next Day Delivery is a flat rate of £12.95
For Gift Cards/Vouchers this is £9.95
Delivery is Guaranteed the Next Working Day to a UK mainland address, for orders placed before 10am.

Orders received after 10am may not be dispatched until the following day. Next day deliveries can only be made where you are able to provide the full postcode of the delivery address.
Jellycat Shipments
Due to the high demand for Jellycat, we are kindly limiting purchases to a maximum of two per customer to ensure that more people have the opportunity to enjoy them. We truly appreciate your understanding and support! Please note that the free delivery offer on orders of £75 or more does not apply to Jellycat products.
Courier Delivery
A courier delivery service will be used for larger items. We aim to despatch the item within 24 hours of your order
Delivery charge on these items are clearly stated within the product information on each product.
Despatch
Subject to stock availability, we aim to despatch within 24 hours of processing your order. However, orders cannot be despatched on Saturday, Sunday or Scottish Bank Holidays. Therefore, all orders received from 10am on a Thursday until midnight on a Sunday will be despatched the following Monday (Tuesday for Scottish Bank Holiday weekends).
It is our policy to despatch items ordered in the shortest time possible but we cannot be held responsible for any delays occurred while in transit.
Hampers
Delivery Charges
Standard Delivery (UK Mainland & Skye) - £9.95 per hamper
Local area - Free Delivery on orders over £25 (up to 10 miles) * Excluding Vouchers
Scottish Islands - We are unable to despatch any hampers outside of mainland UK
Our Courier delivers hampers on the Next Working Day from despatch (Monday - Thursday only). We aim to despatch our hampers within 24 hours of your order. Orders placed on a Friday and Saturday will take slightly longer. We can normally deliver hampers on your preferred delivery date however this cannot be guaranteed.
